Notice of Annual
Interview
Your Case Manager will contact you by mail 30 days before your interview and tell you what documents are needed to renew your tenancy.

Return Your
Documents
You are responsible for completing all the requested documents as soon as possible.
Your case worker will let you know the latest date to return documents in the Notice of Annual Interview.

Review Move-In
Documents
Annually NSBHA asks that you refresh your understanding of the all docs you signed at move in.
Click the button for handy links to the full text of the forms for your review. You’ll have a chance to ask questions at the interview.

Face-to-Face
Interview
You will meet with your case worker to sign the HUD-required documents required for recertification.
Links to those docs are included here. If you choose to, you can sign them in advance and bring them to your interview.
Hours Of Operation
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am to Noon.
