REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ASSISTANCE UNDER THE SECTION 8 PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM FOR MULTIFAMILY HOUSING UNITS THAT SERVE A FAMILY DEMOGRAPHIC

The Housing Authority of the City New Smyrna Beach (HACNSB) is requesting proposal statements from developers or owners proposing new construction or substantial rehabilitation of affordable housing serving a family demographic and that will serve low- or moderate-income individuals in City of New Smyrna Beach, Volusia County, Florida. The RFP #2026-01 will be released on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

The full requirements are outlined in the solicitation package and will be available by contacting TAG Associates Inc., Procurement Manager.

All responses to the RFP must be delivered to the HACNSB, as directed in the solicitation document, by 4 p.m. Eastern Time, Thursday, June 4, 2026. Responses received after this time may not be accepted.
