NEW SMYRNA BEACH HOUSING AUTHORITY INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
LIVE OAK HOMES, FULL SITE CLEARING AND DEMOLITION

The New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority (NSBHA) is requesting bids for demolition from qualified vendors. The IFB will be available on Monday, June 8th, 2026.
Scope of services and requirements are outlined in the IFB package and will be available on the NSBHA website at https://www.newsmyrnahousing.com/.

All responses to the IFB must be delivered to the NSBHA, as directed in the IFB document, by 4
