What To Expect: In-Person American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters.
Helpful staff and volunteers to accommodate all disabilities. 
Proof of disability is not necessary.
If you need a second vaccine or booster, please bring your vaccination card.
Transportation request must be made by October 26, 2023 by calling Disability Solutions at 386-566-2346
A gift card will be given to anyone receiving the vaccine.
