Volusia Volunteers in Medicine


Meeting the health and wellness needs of citizens living in Volusia County while providing compassionate and comprehensive care with dignity and respect. 

Providing FREE medical care by appointment only and through Telehealth visits. Limited dental care is also available. 


Patient Services

Patients must meet these requirements: 

  • Ages between 18-64 (no Medicare patients)
  • Have a permanent address within Volusia County 
  • Not currently covered by health insurance 
  • At or below 200% federal poverty level

Medical Staff 

The all-volunteer medical staff includes: 

  • Physicians
  • Physical Therapists 
  • Nursing Professionals 
  • Dentist 
  • Medical Professionals

VVIM is a Florida non-profit corporation with a 501(c)(3) designation serving patients who meet strict eligibility requirements regarding employment, adult age range, income and full-time residency.
