First Amendment to RFP# 2026-01

Request for Proposals or Proposal for Assistance under the Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program for Multifamily Housing Units that serve a family demographic

This amendment is to amend a portion of the language in Section V. of the RFP regarding the submission deadline and the conveyance of the submission. Applicable parts of Section V are highlighted.

Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing on or before July 20th, 2026. Questions are to be directed to Zoe Schwarz by email at zschwarz@tagassociatesinc.com with Cc to Jane Dixon at jdixon@tagassociatesinc.com.

Proposals are due Thursday July 30, 2026, and must be received by HACNSB by 4:00 p.m., Eastern time, at the offices of the Housing Authority of City of New Smyrna Beach, 1101 S. Dixie Freeway, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, Attention: Teresa Pope, Executive Director. Responses will not be read aloud. Late responses may not be accepted. Fax responses will not be accepted.

Only proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be considered. Submitted responses must respond to all requirements as outlined in this RFP; incomplete proposals will not be considered for award.

No proposals may be withdrawn for a minimum period of 90 calendar days following the RFP deadline without the consent of HACNSB.

Minority-owned and women-owned business enterprise businesses are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.

Please tab responses as required (see Proposal Contents below). Also, submit two copies of your Proposal and a USB drive with the completed Proposal and Excel Workbook. Responses must be packaged in sealed envelopes marked with the following:
